Article 1 Agreement Confirmation and Acceptance
1.1 Effectiveness of Agreement:
The ownership and operation rights of the TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD Platform (including websites, mobile applications, and mini-programs) belong to TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. Users are deemed to agree to these Terms upon completing registration or using the services.
Users must ensure their registration information is true and valid, and shall not impersonate others or violate platform rules (e.g., false registration, abuse of multiple accounts).
1.2 Terms Update:
TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD reserves the right to revise these Terms in accordance with laws, regulations, or business needs. Revisions will be published via platform announcements, and continued use of the Platform by Users constitutes acceptance of the updates.
Article 2 Service Content and Standards
2.1 Scope of Services:
Includes product browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, after-sales service, and participation in platform activities.
Users must comply with laws and regulations such as the Consumer Rights Protection Lawand the E-Commerce Law, and shall not publish illegal information (e.g., endangering national security, spreading rumors).
2.2 User Conduct Guidelines:

Article 3 Account and Information Management
3.1 Account Security:
Users must properly safeguard their account passwords. Any losses resulting from password leakage shall be borne by the User.
TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD reserves the right to freeze abnormal accounts (e.g., suspected fraud, money laundering).
3.2 Privacy Protection:
User information is used solely for service provision and shall not be disclosed or used for commercial analysis without authorization.
Data collection scope includes order information, device data, etc., which are used to optimize services and enhance security risk control.
Article 4 Product Transaction Rules
4.1 Orders and Payment:
Users must accurately fill in shipping information. Payment methods include online payment, cash on delivery, etc.
Order cancellation or modification must be completed before shipment. Special products (e.g., customized items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4.2 Delivery and Fulfillment:

User-generated content (e.g., reviews) is licensed to TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD for free use, but the User retains the right of attribution.
Article 6 Disclaimer
6.1 Service Guarantee:
TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and Users shall bear the risks of use themselves.
Third-party links or content are the responsibility of the provider, and TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD assumes no joint liability.
Article 7 Liability for Breach of Contract
7.1 User Breach:
TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD reserves the right to deduct liquidated damages or compensation from the User’s account balance.
7.2 Platform Breach:
If service interruption is caused by the fault of TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD, it shall promptly repair the service and compensate the User for reasonable losses.
Article 8 Termination of Agreement
8.1 Termination Scenarios:

The User voluntarily cancels the account.

TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD terminates the service due to User violations.
After termination, User data shall be retained or deleted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
