Article 1 Agreement Confirmation and Acceptance​

Article 7 Liability for Breach of Contract​

7.2 Platform Breach:

If service interruption is caused by the fault of TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD, it shall promptly repair the service and compensate the User for reasonable losses.

Article 8 Termination of Agreement​

8.1 Termination Scenarios:

• The User voluntarily cancels the account.

• TRYNNEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD terminates the service due to User violations.

After termination, User data shall be retained or deleted in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Customization Suggestions:

• For cross-border transactions, clarify tariffs, customs clearance responsibilities, and international delivery timelines.

• For enterprise users, add a “Corporate Account Management” chapter to regulate multi-account permissions.

Compliance Points:
